We want you to love your leather goods. If they don't fit or feel right, we want you to have your money back as
soon as possible.
- Exchange: Size not right? We'll replace it at no cost.
- Return: Return within 30 days of delivery — items must be
unused and in original condition.
- Confirmation: Just contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
- Refund: Issued once the product is received and inspected. We make sure to make this
process as easy as possible for our customers.
